The Old Rectory is a lovely detached thatched ironstone cottage in a beautiful village which offers a relaxing place for up to 8 people to enjoy time out from everyday life.

Old Rectory is brimming with old beams, elm and oak floors, window seats, inglenook fireplaces and original flagstone flooring. To this centuries old backdrop we have added some modern day luxuries such as elegant bathrooms with travertine tiling and powerful showers, central heating, and a kitchen offering a cosy AGA for winter breaks and electric oven with ceramic hob for the summer months.

The Old Rectory is one of many thatched cottages in Wroxton … even our village ducks have their own thatched duck house! We are also blessed with two pubs within walking distance and for the energetic several others can be reached via cross country walks...
if you're here over Christmas there is a village Boxing Day walk that always finishes in a pub not too far away!

Wroxton lies on the Oxfordshire / Warwickshire border, making it ideal for exploring the glorious landscape of the Cotswolds, catching a Shakespeare play at Stratford-upon-Avon, soaking up history at Warwick Castle or dipping into the cultural delights of Oxford.
